SecurePro’s training team is headed up by Development Director Rich Cooper. With consistent front line operational experience within the UK private security industry since the age of eighteen and a varied employment background, Rich is ideally placed to share his wealth of experience across various sectors.

In addition to up-skilling our existing staff, SecurePro at present works almost exclusively with corporate clients, for example, Walsall and Birmingham Metropolitan colleges and most recently Job Centre Plus. These working relationships have been developed over the course of the past few years and are looking stronger than ever.  The programmes SecurePro deliver through these colleges involve taking learners who are currently out of work, mentoring them through five to ten days of ‘employability’ training and then attach an industry specific qualification (usually within security) and fund the cost of their professional license. The ultimate aim of this program is to help local people develop and further their existing skill set, build confidence and get them to a position where they are able to apply for and fill local jobs.

Although our speciality is security based learning, we are able to provide a variety of other training tailored to other sectors such as healthcare, education and anything that involves customer interaction. Please see our list of popular courses for further information.
