How to protect your car from thieves

According to a BBC News story, more than 2,000 people were arrested on suspicion of stealing cars in the West Midlands last year. Keep your valuables out of sight

A thief will be more likely to break into your car if they can see something valuable they want to steal. Take all your personal belongings out of your car at night, don’t just leave them hidden under the seat.
