Pulling together in times of uncertainty

Hello and thank you for taking the time to read this, the first ever word from the Director.

We are currently living in a world where firsts are becoming more and more common, within my lifetime I cannot recall a time when we were not allowed to leave our houses unless absolutely necessary or when the Government asked us to work from home.

Unfortunately, not all of you can work from home but instead go out into the community, sometimes braving public transport, to ensure our clients are supplied with the level of service and cover they expect.

Others are working tirelessly behind the scenes to make sure our operation runs smoothly, our finances are in order and there is a steady flow of new work coming in to sustain everyone’s jobs.

It is to you, my workforce, that I applaud and sincerely thank for pulling together in this time of uncertainty, for your efforts and integrity despite the risks you may become exposed to, you are my key workers and I thank and respect each and every one of you. Keep up the good work and stay safe.
