Briefing
We take the provision of event stewarding services very seriously, no matter the size or complexity of the event. Our trained event stewards receive an extensive briefing prior to every event, providing them with the latest information and instructions to ensure they’re fully up-to-date. We ensure that they have understood and practiced their specific duties during an emergency and the arrangements for evacuating attendees off-site if a serious incident occurred. A major component of our planning process is the creation of an audience profile. SecurePro’s staff conduct thorough analysis of the event to identify important audience characteristics including age, gender, mobility and the availability of alcohol at the event. Pre-Event Risk Assessments

During their patrols of the site, they’ll note any potential hazards or risks including potential pinch points, ensuring overcrowding doesn’t occur in any area. Our event stewards will also ensure all circulation areas and exits are clear at all times. Furthermore, they’ll monitor crowd behaviour and prevent unauthorised personnel from climbing lighting and sound towers, barriers and equipment.
Perimeter Checks & Security

Our trained event stewards regularly patrol the perimeter of the site. This isn’t just during the event itself; they’ll regularly undertake in-depth checks before and after the event to ensure it hasn’t been compromised. They’ll check for any damage to the perimeter, as well as any breaches or risks to health and safety.
Front of Stage Pit Barrier Operations
