Meet the Team - Tom Booth
A highly-experienced security professional with over 22 years of industry expertise, Tom Booth is Managing Director at SecurePro. Throughout his career, he has been responsible for the management of multiple high-profile contracts across the United Kingdom and on the international stage. As a result, he’s a well-respected security expert within the events industry who can still be found on the frontline implementing crowd management plans at major outdoor and arena-based events.
A committee member of the United Kingdom Crowd Management Association (UKCMA), Tom served as a Senior Warrant Enforcement Officer for The Ministry of Justice between 2006 and 2017. This was alongside maintaining his other business interests in the private security sector. In 2018, Tom established Four Circles Group, which has gone on to develop a portfolio of exciting brands that have become industry leaders in five key sectors – security, enforcement, management and consultancy, education and debt recovery.
Tom is a Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute and a Committee Member of the British Standards Institution (BSI). He is also a member of the Public Health England Acid Attack Stakeholder Advisory Board.
Alongside his extensive practical experience, Tom is able to call upon a number of qualifications attained including a Foundation Degree in Security & Risk Management and the Level 5 Diploma in Crowd Science & Risk Analysis.
